The entry screen records your 21+ self-declaration in browser session storage for the current tab. This is not verified proof of age. No date of birth or identity document is collected by this screen. Clearing session storage or starting a new session requires a new confirmation. Legal notices remain accessible without confirmation.

This policy describes the CANNABLISS website at cannabliss.info. The site provides cannabis information and a business directory for adults 21 and older in the United States. It does not cover third-party websites you visit through our links.

Newsletter signup collects your email address, the page where you signed up, and an optional ZIP code and local-update preference. Choosing local updates requests ZIP-related events and sponsored offers in addition to general community news; a ZIP alone is not consent to local marketing.

Contact messages may include your name, email, topic, message, relevant listing or link, and phone number for certain business inquiries. Contributor expressions of interest collect your selected role, name, email, phone, city and state, optional portfolio link and message. Submission records include their creation time.

Ask processes the questions you enter and prior reader questions included in that conversation. Do not submit private medical records, financial information or other sensitive personal data. Ask is not a confidential clinical or legal service.

We use submitted information to record newsletter requests and preferences, respond to inquiries, review listing corrections and contributor interest, operate Ask, and maintain the site. Contact submissions may receive a spam-review flag; flagged messages are still saved for review. Hidden anti-spam fields help reject automated submissions.

Newsletter sending and email ownership confirmation are not yet enabled. Receiving a signup request does not prove ownership of the address. Duplicate requests do not overwrite existing preferences. We do not currently send local offers or events; these preferences are collected for future use.

The site stores your Newbie tips choice and a signup-request marker in your browser. The signup marker does not contain your email address and is not proof of email ownership. Clearing browser storage removes those device preferences but does not delete submitted records.

Website hosting, security and diagnostic services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and errors. The contact service temporarily uses IP address and email to reduce rapid repeat submissions. Site analytics provide visit, page and referral information to help us understand usage; those counts do not necessarily identify unique people.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some blog images load from external image hosts. Loading these resources sends a request to the relevant provider, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Browser controls can restrict cookies and storage, though some features may be affected.

Lovable provides website hosting, cloud storage of submitted records, diagnostic services and the AI Gateway. Ask sends reader text through the AI Gateway to the configured model provider and uses Google Search grounding. Those providers process requests under their own terms and policies; we do not promise that their processing is private, temporary or excluded from model training.

Soro supplies blog content and images. Public New York directory information comes from the New York Office of Cannabis Management license dataset. Directory business information is public-source material, not private newsletter or application information.

We may disclose information to providers needed to operate the service, when legally required, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights and service security. External shops, social-sharing destinations and source websites have their own privacy practices. We do not sell or resell newsletter email addresses, and paid sponsorship does not grant a sponsor access to our subscriber list.

Submitted records are kept while needed for the purpose for which they were collected, follow-up, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. You can request deletion using the contact details below.

We use access controls intended to limit access to submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in any form or Ask question.

You can choose not to submit information, leave ZIP blank for a general signup, and decline local events and sponsored offers. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw newsletter interest, by contacting us below. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email address before acting; we will not disclose another person's information.

When marketing emails begin, they must include an unsubscribe option and the required sender details. Future preference changes must be verified before changing existing subscriber information. Applicable US state privacy rights vary; contact us with a request and we will evaluate it under the law that applies. This policy does not assert that every state privacy statute applies to CANNABLISS.

CANNABLISS is intended for adults 21 and older and does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as our services change. The updated policy and date will appear on this page. New uses of personal information may require additional notice or consent.
